Here is her winning recipe, Cherry Almond Protein Energy Balls:
The ingredients are:
1 n 1/2 cups rolled oats
2tbsp canola oil
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup natural whey protein powder
1/2 cup dried tart cherries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Coat hands with Canola oil to prevent the mixture from sticking & firmly form balls. Keep refrigerated. May be stored for five days.
